How long does my order take to process?
All orders within AWFULLYPRETTY are made to order, however all orders are processed through each working day (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends and bank holidays.
When you have placed your order, this will give you the option for the delivery for the product. When this is completed, and your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Followed by your tracking information on the order and the day that it is being shipped out.
What are my shipping options?
AWFULLYPRETTY is a UK based company and will be using royal mail for the courier.
UK- £3.95 (3-5 Working Days Delivery) (Tracked)
IRELAND- £10 (5-7 Working Days Delivery)
INTERNATIONAL: £15-£25 (5-10 Working Days Delivery)
PLEASE NOTE: This time frame is when the item is ready to be shipped, depending on the product you order depends on the time scale the item will be with you.
We do not offer express shipping at this time however all International orders are processed and shipped within 24hours of placing your order (excluding weekend and public holidays).
You are notified of completion when your order has been processed and when it has been taken to the courier.
PLEASE NOTE: If an item(s) you have ordered goes out of stock, the item(s) will be refunded, and any remaining item(s) will be dispatched. You will be notified via email of any changes to your order(s). Refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to be processed.

Wanting to change our item? Wanting a different style? Needing a different size? AWFULLYPRETTY is happy to accept all exchanges. So, if you are wanting to exchange send us an email and we can sort this out for you.
Require a Refund?
If you require a full refund for your purchase, please get in contact with us! This must be within 14 days to be able to qualify for a full refund. For a refund to be accepted all we ask is for you to return the original package to us with your name and order number noted inside. The returns address is displayed on the front shipping label of your parcel however if you have lost this please just look at the return policy for the address or contact us.
The returns for your products aren’t free at the minute unfortunately, so the shipping will need to be provided by yourself. After we receive the return, we will send a confirmation email out to you within 48 hours. The refund may take 10-14 working days to show in your account, however if your refund doesn’t show please contact us once the 14 days has expired.
Garments that are returned with signs of anything damaged, worn or not in the original packaging will not be accepted. All items must have all tags and security tags attached and untouched. All items must be returned within the 14-day policy. To be able to accept your return, your item MUST be sent back with your order name, order email and order number. This is very important as it allows us to identify the order.

When returning we always would recommend you use tracked delivery for your returned parcels. We will not hold responsibility for any lost deliveries if not tracked.
